Device-neutral
Free red light therapy tools
Two small, fast tools for the two questions every mask, panel and wand owner asks: how much light am I actually getting, and how often should I do this?
Dose calculator
Type the irradiance from your device's spec sheet (mW/cm2 at a stated distance), your own distance and your session length. The calculator shows the dose in J/cm2 with the arithmetic written out, how the inverse-square law changes the dose as you move, where your dose sits against the ranges reviews and named trials used for skin, acne, scars, hair, sleep and deep tissue, and how many minutes would reach each range.
Schedule builder
Pick a goal (skin, hair, pain, recovery or sleep), a device type and the days you can actually keep. The builder writes a four-week calendar with minutes per session, compares your frequency with what the trials used, lists what to log, and prints on one page.
What both tools have in common
- They work with any brand. Every range comes from a published trial or review, or from a maker's own public spec page, and each one is linked inside the tool.
- They run in your browser and store nothing. There is no account, no upload and no photo.
- They are starting points, not prescriptions. Trial doses were delivered with the trial's own device and schedule and reported as group averages; your skin, hair or knee may respond less, or not at all.
Heads up
Never stare into LEDs or laser diodes, wear the goggles that come with a high-power panel, and talk to a doctor before you start if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, an active cancer or take medication that makes skin sensitive to light.
Coming next
A wavelength matcher (which of your device's bands to run for which goal), a spec-sheet decoder and a printable session log are on the list. Join the early-access list below and we will tell you when the RedLightLog app and new tools land.
